NAMING, MESSAGING

After success in launching and selling out their first project, Monogram, Locus Development Group turned their sights to their next project. Altimo is a limited-release, entry-level townhouse development in the heart of affluent Perth suburb, Wembley.

I created the name, brand and key messaging in consultation with Locus. A resounding success, Altimo sold out within mere months of release.

With a suite of on-trend interiors and textures to personalise your perfect space, the name Altimo captures the ‘modern-alternative’ approach to living envisioned for the development.

Paired with illustrations of the leafy, nature-soaked surrounds, the messaging positions Altimo as a laidback, accessible life in one of Perth’s most sought after pockets.
